Must Have Guide

I just finished listening to "First-Time Founder's Playbook for Negotiations." This is a good book that will really help entrepreneurs negotiate the best deal. The author, Michael Wu, provides a step-by-step guide to negotiating deals, even if someone is new. He provides action steps that are easy to follow so you can negotiate with confidence. I highly recommend this book. I have been in several situations where I wish I had this book.

An excellent resource!

Very sound and solid principles of negotiation! The author teaches the technique of presenting a more favorable solution by discussing how your position benefits the other person in the negotiation. Effective negotiation is not an attempt to “win” the deal but is a strategic and deliberate approach that produces a win-win situation. This book also does an excellent job of explaining methods and characteristics that are not the best options to use for negotiations. This book covers foundational principles and knowledge to develop or enhance your skillset to become a great negotiator. I learned a lot and I plan on using these principles not just at work but in conversations with others outside of work when I feel my solution is the best option. The tools and techniques covered within this book have far-reaching, positive impacts well-outside of a “typical” negotiation. I highly recommend this book!
