About this listen

A weary Adrian Ring continues his dangerous push to find the missing members of the mythical second Trinity—saviors of mankind from the judgment of the undead. He’s fought those monsters for years now, facing off against unthinkable threats and challenges to his own safety and sanity, and thus far, he’s prevailed. Others around him haven’t been so lucky, but that seems to be his curse.

Now, as he and his precious friends foray north into the heart of England to find Hal Parker’s dad and search for survivors, they will encounter threats they’ve never dealt with before.

And worse yet, while they battle against faster and smarter armies of the dead and the wraiths of evil that now walk among them, a greater threat slips through the cracks and joins them.

There will be death. There will be destruction. The darkness will shun out hope as it nears a final victory.

And yet Adrian will meet a new light, Erin Locke—a beacon in the that darkness—and his encounter with her will change him for the better and alter the course of humanity’s grim fate.

With major contributions from Carl Meadows, author of Lockey vs. the Apocalypse, an Adrian’s Undead Diary series.

Ghosts contains Adrian’s personal journal entries from November 28, 2014 to January 1, 2015. Intermixed with those diary entries are the short stories: "A Mother’s Love", "Be Someone Special", "Bring Me That Horizon", "Sabotage", "The Paladin", and "Now You See Me".

been listening to this series back to back. loving the story but not a fan of the second narrator if I'm being honest it really took away from the listening experience as she was just awful. it was read as if it was being read to a child's classroom :(

Narrators didn't work for me.

It was over a year since I finished book 12 and after so many other titles in between that and this, meant i had to start again to get the story right.
I was so glad to see so much of the story so far come together in this one, some loose ends nicely tied up and some more cliffhangers left to be answered. Hope it won't be too long before book 14, we need more collaboration between the groups SOON!

I re-listened to the first 12 books before this..

I have an absolute addiction to anything written in the AUD universe!
As ever, brilliant writing, and an absolute "page turner"!
This series was a recent find for me, amd they became my life raft while I was caring for my Dying Father. This is what I turned to, to distract my mind from my real life horrors. When he did pass, listening to Adrian's adventures, reminded me of my Dad, but also reminded me of how important family and friends are. The stories of all the characters resonated with me that little bit more. Now the only thing I worry about, is the Day that Chris brings this series to an end! Thank you Chris, for putting your brilliant imagination to paper for us all to enjoy!

Did not disappoint!

loving the development of more darkness of this story and actually liking the new narrator, his accents are better than the previous one, much as I loved the previous narrator, sometimes the accents didn't work

liking the new narrator
