Handy guide
Everyone wants to be happier and more successful. This book can help you to do that by developing new skills and habits. The most I enjoyed part about how to motivate yourself and how to have more positive mindset.

Small healthy habits
The little healthy habits we create will show us the way to success. I listened eagerly to each chapter, which influenced my condition in a positive way and made me feel more motivated to develop personally, sometimes I think we need to update our habits that can lead us to the desired success. I recommend!

Great listen!

Truly Inspiring and Straightforward
Fantastic book and one of the best books I have read on the topic of success
Does a great job at breaking down all the key areas for success. From the mental to the physical and covering the importance of setting new habits. I liked the fact the book explained a topic, broke down the benefits then showed how to put it into action.
My personal favourite thing was at the end where the book showed you how to put all the tips into 1 morning ritual, giving me maximum benefits.

A great read. Highly recommend it.
I read a lot of self-help books, and must say this one is one of my favorite.I was amazed at how this book covers almost every aspect of our lives. Great advice and lessons so we can be successful at work and also in our personal lives. It's excellent!
