About this listen
We humans can be quite indecisive and unstable when our emotions are involved. The human mind is continually racing and ravaged with different thoughts, and these can leave one confused on how to act, when to act, and how to make decisions. Hence the importance of understanding how our emotions work, where they come from, and how to express them.
Emotions are physiological states that involve three phases. These phases premeditate our psychological environment that tells how we interact with our environment. Life can get pretty crazy at times, leaving us engulfed in a tornado of many challenging events. The events we let to demoralize us and how we handle them is dependent on our emotional resilience.
To put it plainly, our emotional resilience is what stands in the gap and keeps us from losing it, especially when it seems like everything is falling apart.

I enjoyed the subject, but feel like it could go a bit deeper into some other subects. I feel like a lot of people can benefit from listening to this, it helps you to regulate your emotions, rather than having your emotions control you.
It is a pleasurable read.

I really enjoyed the mix of psychology, but it did not sound like a boring scientific study, it was quite relateable.
Overall a very helpful book that everyone can honestly benefit from in their daily lives.
Manning is quite a talented writer, and I look forward to his other works!

Highly recommend it to anyone who wants their mind opened!
