Amazing!

I really enjoyed listening to this audiobook. Each chapter offers interesting health facts, backed up by concise but clear explanations. Very well put together. I thoroughly enjoyed the great narration and overall performance and the cool sound effects added here and there were nice too!

Easy & interesting listening

Very easy to listen to and the episode timing is key to staying tuned in. The 3 hacks at the end are excellent - a clever end to the episode. Like the presenter - her voice is really pleasant and clear. She sounds like she is smiling! Extremely interesting information and easy to understand.
Thoroughly enjoyed.

Worth a listen

A short series of hacks to improve not just your body, but your overall mental health. I enjoyed this information series of short interviews, with discussions of current research and suggestions of how to implement each section. Not all of them may be of interest to everyone but they are all worth listening to.

Good, but nothing new

The book served as a good reminder of how to look after your body and mind. I've read/listened to quite a few of these books and i was aware of everything in this particular book. So a good reminder, but nothing new for me.
