Suspend you expectations, and especially your judgement, and listen to this book with an open mind. It promises to disrupt your thought patterns and, if you let it, show you a new view of the world around you. It's much more than a book about alcohol, it's a new way of thinking and I felt moved to make many positive changes in my life and feel certain I'll follow through with them.
