Sweet
This was a fun, sweet story. I loved all the circumstances that brought Sadie & Birdie together, and the sweet love story that unfolded between a young girl, her single dad & a random stranger.

This combination of authors and performers is always a win in my book. The story was very typical hot single dad romcom but sometimes that is just the thing you need to brighten up your day. I really enjoyed this title.

Yet again these writers grip me from the first page, the characters the back story and how it all comes together, I cannot wait to start another one. As usual very well written

A little bit different
As usual this narrator combo works incredibly well at bringing this story to life.
This story was quite unexpectedly different... but in a really good way.
Definitely worth a listen!

Throughly enjoyed this book
another great listen , thanks the humour was terrific certainly had me giggling out loud and the twists in the story were not to be expected loved it
As always the narration was perfect but then you had the best Thankyou .
I have one little complaint you always always pour boiling water first on a teabag !!! (English) honest 👍😀

Good storyline
The Narrators are excellent and they tell the story beautifully. Not alot of banter or sassyness from the female main character but it's all in line with the story. Fate, faith and overcoming lifes tragedies always makes for a good story.

Amazing - an uplifting must read....
Vi and Penelope do it again - every book I read of theirs I think is the best one yet and this one is no exception.
A truly magical read that will take you on a fabulous Covid free journey. Don’t take my word for it get it you won’t be disappointed.

Gripping
I loved the characters and how the story unfolded.
Did I agree with some of Sadie's actions? No, however, it was innocent and all for the benefit of Birdie. A sweet little girl who wrote to Santa (Sadie) asking for help. I loved the twists and turns throughout the book. I wanted answers, no I needed answers. As I result, I couldn't put this audiobook down. I loved their family unit and I was rooting for them.
