I’m honestly impressed at the breadth of Moss’s research. There were moments where I sensed an impending pitfall of common misinformation, only to be pleasantly surprised when it was adeptly handled. I found myself looking forward to the next moment I had to dive back in.

I am foody... I love food, but I am also really trying to keep the diet clean, without ultra processed food. it is battle with ups and downs. thanks to this book I feel closer to my victory. Highly recommended listening ❤️

Very interesting and factual account of the (lack of) nutrition and reasons for in processed food. Definitely better off for reading - will change my eating going forward.

If you need any reminding how bad process and junk food is especially if you have young children, then listen to this book. Much of the content is well known but it’s good to be reminded. A great listen

I very much enjoyed Moss’ previous book, Salt, Sugar, Fat, and found it enlightening and interesting, with new information and investigation into the food industry.

If you’ve not read that book, then this might be just as engaging. However, if you have, then maybe not so, as there’s quite a bit of going over old ground here, with, in my opinion, not enough ‘new’ to merit a full book.

Scot Bric’s narration is as solid as ever and there’s lots of info if you’re new to this author

I'm so glad when MD'S publish this stuff, but really it's not new, MD's just add the credentials that some need before listening.... I feel though that I have read this so many times before, as written by others who are also now publishing after funded research...when will we learn to just go back to basics rather than waiting to be told to
