Over dramatised reading

I didnt enjoy the audible so much that also bought the book instead to read myself. I buy a lot of audible books but found the reader over dramatising and, 'acting', the 'words'... thats hows its read. Good for a play but ..not ..a book.

Great book

Listened multiple times as it has so many great tools to help, it’s helping loads with my overthinking and my missus has noticed so much 😁
