Shackled by the notorious reputation of his new shell, he tries his best to develop his domain, implementing new policies and innovations and leading his subjects to prosperity. In this world where magic is undeveloped, he shall once again pave a new path.

Awesome
Absolutely loved it. I recently have gotten back into reading instead of audiobooks BUT I enjoy the narration by Tom so much I’m going to resist and just wait for the next audio version.
Story was great, it’s not got lots of twists and turns it’s just simple OP fun. Love the character(s).

Always a fast paced story
Love that the main characters King Marcus always make the right decisions. Action and intrigue all the way. Love these books 👍

Still enjoying it
Much preferred the second book in this collection. Having other perspectives and problem solvers made things far more interesting. I’m looking forward to the next in the series. Hopefully we’ll see some of the defences being made.

12 books in and still loving the series
I always get shocked when these books end coz you can tell the story will go on! This volume was the perfect response to what happened in the previous volume. I will wait for next 2 books to come to audible. Again great work by the Narrator Tom -he does all crowd scenes so well
