Couldn't finish the book because of horrendous narration.Christina Ricci read the novel like reading a telephone directory with no inflection of tone,humour or characterisations. In fact I had to replay each chapter as I got to the end not understanding what was going on or what I had just listened to - and I don't think it's a complicated story. I will try again with another narrator as it is a classic novel after all!

Gave up after Chapter 4 due to narrator

Reminder of special moments i read as a child, but also interesting to listen to strong women in a very different age make their mark and I did not appreciate those hurdles in the same way as a young reader some 50 years ago.

Little Women is a gorgeous story and it’s lovely to listen to it. So vibrant, moving and timeless.

Good performances - only docking a star as sometimes voices do blur into one.

Only thing to tweak would be the dreadful music that sometimes kicks in at the end of chapters. Sounds like someone being mangled if listening at 1.5! 😂

Wonderful! Excellent thrilling story, though a little hard to understand for children. Very eventful and interesting. Certainly recommend to children over 10, and for adults it is a heartwarming story to. Read very well, it is also acted so it made it much more interesting. It is much easier to listen to than to read.
