Simple and Positive

Such a positive tone throughout!
Information was thorough, yet made simple to understand. It was great to hear references from past studies to hear how successful some of the strategies have been over large groups of people.

Very informative, well written and an easy listen

It feels nice to listen to something that isn't 5 hours long on this subject, this is straight to the point and there's loads to take away that I never considered before

Would recommend to anyone

I really like the way this title discourages a very strict and extreme approach to weight loss in favour of a more realistic and long term approach. it still offers great advice on what is most effective for my weight loss (a lot of which I haven't heard before) but its focus on mental health within the lifestyle is what makes me feel much more confident in trying to make big changes for the better. I would recommend this to anyone.

Well worth it!

I have gone through a lot of audiobooks that are many hours long but you don't take away a lot of useful information. This is very much the opposite, lots of useful information in a little amount of time. This really helps when you go back through it to remind yourself of what you need to know

Definitely a keeper!

This is a title I will be recommending to anyone who wants to lose weight but can't seem to keep it off. Its everything you need including strategies for dieting, fasting and exercising all in one place. Its examples on implementing these really help you put into perspective the real-world element of weight loss, people often try to do too much at once where this encourages otherwise which is nice to see.

A gem of an audiobook

Pleasantly surprised by this title, its different to many others as it is shorter, but it still contains plenty of useful information and coveys in a way which makes it easy to re-read. Its nice to see a book that acknowledges how important a person-centred approach is to weight loss. It's definitely a title I would recommend to people who struggle with their weight and want to make a change.
