Game changer
This is such a profound book and I’d encourage anyone looking to start or deepen their personal growth to listen to this. It’s accessible with practical tips and meditations throughout, and Estelle guides you through the work with support and encouragement. I’ve unblocked things which have been deep seated for decades within days and feel like a completely different person already!

Life changing and heart opening

A Gentle Rebalancing
Some books arrive at the right moment, not to teach, but to remind. Manifest Your True Essence felt just like that…a quiet, heartfelt guide back to self.
Estelle’s words aren’t wrapped in noise. They’re spacious. Gentle. And yet, one particular insight landed with real force…one of those truths that settles in your heart and changes something quietly but permanently.
The visualisation practices, especially those rooted in nature, resonated deeply.
As someone who feels most aligned outdoors, they didn’t feel like something I had to learn… more like something I’d always known, just forgotten.
I’ll return to this book later in the year. Not because I missed anything (I known I did), but because I know it will draw different things from me next time.
A beautiful, nourishing read for my heart, body, mind, soul and spirit.
After quite a few months immersed in more masculine oriented reading/practice this felt like a gentle rebalancing…soft, spacious, and deeply feminine.
A quiet reminder that both energies have their place… and their own sacred, ancient, magical wisdom.
