Practical advice
I am a working mum with 2 children, I find the challenge of balancing it all overwhelming at times which does not fit with my usual character.
This book is incredibly helpful, gives practice advice and talks about blend rather than balance. It made it feel okay not have it together all the time and gives support of how you can be your best version of you.
I’ve recommended it to so many women in the past few weeks.
