About this listen
Building on the core works of The Rational Male, Preventive Medicine presents a poignant outline of the phases of maturity and the most commonly predictable experiences men can expect from women as they progress through various stages of life. Rational and pragmatic, the book explores the inter-gender and social dynamics of each stage of women's maturity and provides a practical understanding for men in dealing with women in those phases.
Preventive Medicine also provides revealing outlines of feminine social primacy, Hypergamy, the "Hierarchies of Love", and the importance of understanding the conventional nature of complementary masculinity in a world designed to keep men ignorant of it.
The Rational Male - Preventive Medicine seeks to help men who "wish they knew then what they know now". The book is the first in of series complements to The Rational Male, the 12-year core writing of author/blogger Rollo Tomassi from therationalmale.com. Rollo Tomassi is one of the leading voices in the globally growing, male-focused online consortium known as the "Manosphere".

Facts
Well worth listening to. This is a suitable top up to the original book. The ideas are similar but explained in more depth

Connecting the Dots
He's telling it how it is. You will either go through life with blinkers on, or living experiences trying to work it all out. My time of life I've managed to gain much insight into intersexual dynamics but until now was just data and experiences. Mr Tomassi is quite correct. We all have false ideals that we cling to until they become to damaged to the extent that that they are obviously incorrect or useless. The series of books on the rational male are a must read for any male in need of guidance. You get a choice. Learn the hard way or learn from the master. Either way life is a journey.

life changing
harsh truths, harsh reality, brutally honest, and quite frankly, prerequisite reading for any man who wants to be in a relationship.

Excellent book, poor narration
This is a great book, building on and going deeper into the ideas put out in the first volume.
The only thing I don’t like is the narration. The narrator weirdly stresses almost every single word and that messes up the intonation throughout the sentence in a way that completely obstructs its meaning.

Learn Manhood
Awesome...
I free red pill, raised by a single mother, this is one of a range of books, suggested by George Bruno, that have helped me move forwards...
I'm developing game, just struggling in initial approaches, but getting better, not just with girls but with life.
