Except, they tell me the fate of my world comes down to me sacrificing myself to him. Maybe this won't go like I planned. But I figure, if I have to bend to the big guy's will, I'm damn well getting something out of it.

Got a bit hooked on this. The characters were interesting and complex and there were some great secondary characters. The romance was complicated and but well handled. There was loads of plot to keep the whole thing moving. I enjoyed this so much I went on to read more of the series on kindle since they weren't available on Audible.

Good mixture of suspense and steamy scenes.
Narration was excellent.
Highly recommended.

I live this book, my first by Erin Reagan.

Christopher Boucher's narration is really good.

great story

I loved this story when I read it and have loved it even more listening to it on school and work runs. The narrators growls as he speaks the Hs parts are fabulous, his female ‘voice’ wasn’t the greatest but after a while thinking he sounds a bit like a drag queen (seriously couldn’t get image from head lol) I was too into the story to care and the voice just became the heroine!! I’m bursting at the seams (and I have a lot) for the second book (and indeed the rest of the series) to be made into audio.

This was in my recommend and sounded good but to be honest I did not enjoy it at all found it hard to get into and would not recommend it at all and another annoying thing ends on cliffhanger so have to get next one but I did not as well just not worth it at all very disappointed.
