Great book

This is a great book for anyone that wants to become the best version of themselves. I have always been interested in the power of attraction and living in the present and this book really brought this to life.
I also suffer from anxiety and this has helped me greatly, to focus on the present and not let those anxieties win

An invaluable guide to improve your mental healt

This is an inspirational set of books that leads you on a journey of self-discovery in your pursuit of happiness. These two books feel different from each other but they are equally impacting.

I particularly enjoyed Chapter 2 in Self Mastery - the Power of the Subconscious mind. Having listened to this bundle I have a better appreciation of the power of the subconscious mind and how it works in tandem with my conscious mind to unearth and deploy that creative genius.

The book explains that around 70 percent of people with mental health issues do not access help for one reason or another. It was therefore lovely to hear the author advocating the need to seek help when necessary. The author brings to bear her personal and professional experience to the text and produced this authentic set of books to empower humanity. A joy to listen.

I read just in time for New Year's!

Looking forward to starting the New Year with these practices in mind. I'm guilty of having put things off because my self-discipline is lacking. Getting married this year, and I have goals. Which let's face it, most people do, but how many of us actually achieve it? This book is a great no B.S. tell you like it is guide to get your booty in gear.

interesting and educational

I enjoyed this audio.
Personal development books are very common, but this one is well-written, and gives you action-oriented tools.
and is light on the fluff.
Will help you relieve anxiety and stress.
I recommend this audiobook.

Outstanding

Loved how this audiobook covered how to be more productive under stress and tips on maintaining stress like meditation. In addition you are really connected to the book because of the real life examples the author shares. I can already see what I learned in this book making changes in my daily life and I am confident it will continue to help me.

Gain inner peace and learn to manifest your dreams

We all know how noisy the brain can get at times and how negative thoughts get the best of us. The author of this book provides wonderful tools to help declutter one’s mind, become more present, cultivate inner peace though meditation exercises, relieve anxiety and more. All of this wonderfully connects with the second part which delves into how to best manifest the life you want and what mistakes you might have been making while trying to attract certain things in your life. Inspirational and practical, this audiobook will likely be the missing puzzle for many that are looking to change their mindset and life for the better.

A great Book for People who Suffer Anxiety

After listening to this book you will know how to become the best possible version of yourself on a mental, physical & interpersonal level. It's the only book of its kind, and its design is based on leading scientific studies that are proven to increase productivity & happiness. If you want to live a more disciplined life, this book will provide you the skills to do it. The advice, routines, and thoughts in this lovely book, written by Tammy Gallagher in a direct, honest approach, can help you just like they did me. A really good narration that is very simple to grasp.

Great Bundle

Live your lives purpose

We go through different types of challenges on a daily basis and often forget that simple words spoken to ourselves can make a difference. So whether it's stress, anxiety or depression, this audiobook provides a useful tool to help approach the psychological challenges to live a happy life.

A good book for a mental well being

We tend to focus only on our jobs forgetting that without a good mental wellbeing we can’t be effective. Taking care of that aspect is like ABC but we tend to magnify it. We just need to be creative. The author Tammy has done a good job in researching and putting together this combo easy to read book for us to utilize at any given opportunity. I recommend this book to anyone who desires a healthy mental well being.
