Was a little worried about this item but like it!
I know that for someone who has been doing a level higher, it might seem to be a waste of time, but actually, when you progress through any of the intermediate courses, you tend to forget the odd word picked up from life, books or courses.
Mostly except for about four words, I had come across most of the vocabulary. However, I had forgotten some from lack of use and really enjoyed relaxing into consolidating, after progressing through courses quite quickly, ie. listening once to each level.
I actually liked the level of repetition for Spanish English or English Spanish students. Once the story began, I had my first experience of actually absorbing the words rather than constantly saying to myself, "What was that word?" (The .pdf has minor errors in it, in written form, mostly of the English side). But, honestly, I enjoyed the course as it still challenged me. My husband who has manfully put up with nightly sessions as I drop to sleep, has learnt quite a bit from this course. i know as he uses Spanish words without thinking, which makes us laugh. He wishes me Buenos Dias, out of the blue, as an example!! We both enjoy learning languages to understand the links between them, as many words from different languages (eg. the Latin languages ), are from the same base. I believe, as an ex-teacher, that as many approaches as possible combine to give progression in learning. Listening out of one's depth but also very structured, slow courses, both offer an experience in a language that have their place. This is one that really does contribute towards confidence rather than a constant challenge. For a beginner, it would seem to be a sharp learning curve, I guess! Great for that feeling that you have made some progress as there are always times when one feels that one has plateaued off!

The book Is high quality
This seems to me a useful audible. The most vital items in day to day life are included. The audiobook is high quality and have everything for the beginners. I highly recommend!

An good companion to learn Spanish
Really good way to learn the sweetest Spanish language!!! . Learning so much and having fun doing it through stories! Thanks author & narrator. Recommend this audiobook.

Four stars for this book.
It has basic information that one could easily find somewhere else. But the stuff is easy to follow, the vocabulary list at the end is great.
