Getting strong and staying strong as you age
Wonderfully informative and inspiring. Jacqueline has laid out all the information giving you everything you need to know about staying strong as you age.
Whether you’re just getting started or have been a lifelong exerciser you will be inspired to keep moving through the decades and any medical conditions that crop up, adapting and finding the way to keep exercising.
I have recommended this book to my ladies fitness group to inspire them to and as an addition to explain why we do what we do in our fitness classes and the importance of movement and nutrition.
