Jacqueline has managed to pull together all the relevant information regarding aging well physically. Her tone and pace is perfect, not bombarding you with internet myths or pseudo-scientific theories. She helps you understand the bare facts, aging happens, how we age is up to us.
Rejecting the idea that we have to age badly, she takes it as red that we can do something about it and shows us how. I am inspired by her journey and will be returning to exercise on back of reading/listening to this book. Am just printing out the very helpful pdf included in the audio book to help me stick to the plan.
Thank you Jacqueline, I wish you every success in your continuing demonstration of what it means to age well. Shining a light for those of us that refuse to settle.

Wonderfully informative and inspiring. Jacqueline has laid out all the information giving you everything you need to know about staying strong as you age.

Whether you’re just getting started or have been a lifelong exerciser you will be inspired to keep moving through the decades and any medical conditions that crop up, adapting and finding the way to keep exercising.

I have recommended this book to my ladies fitness group to inspire them to and as an addition to explain why we do what we do in our fitness classes and the importance of movement and nutrition.
