Brilliant

Fast paced and gripping
Great listen. Just the right pace. Without giving away too much of the story, my only niggle is that it was hard to believe though the police wasn’t more involved in the events.

Lengthy and exhausting
I listened to this on 1.2x speed as the narration was such a drawl. The performance is ok at this speed.
The story would have been better at half the length - initially I was gripped, I could picture the grotesque scenes described but then the body count got higher and higher, the story repetitive,
and frankly I got bored.
Huge discrepancy between how Henry is described at the start as being an overweight, unfit older man yet from then on he seems to have the speed and reflexes of an athlete, along with all the associated stamina.
Ok to pass the time while you’re doing the housework.

Interesting story.
Way too slow reading style - put it on 1.5 times to get through it. Very wordy and repetitious. Like it was written by AI

It was okay
It’s a good, captivating story. The narration is not the best (to say the least) and I had to talk myself into not quitting several times purely because of the narrator monotone sentences.

Good story but terrible narration
The story was good - kept me wanting to know what was going to happen next and I listened all the way to the end. However, the narration was terrible - the female voices all sounded weak, needy & whiney - even the ones that weren’t meant to!! Worth a listen on audible plus but I’m glad I didn’t buy the title.

I love it, was a damned good story
good old justice, must confess I have half an hour left, but I can tell that the ending will be either tragic or fairytale happy ending, either way I was convinced to comment, because I've loved every minute.
