When Cissie Brody was 15, fever swept the English countryside, killing her parents and leaving her to care for her nine younger siblings. I’ve enjoyed this story since I was young and a narrator certainly makes or breaks an audiobook, this narrator is excellent with a nice timing and with different voices for different characters, but not overdone. Really enjoyed it.
