I found the heroine to be whiney, rather than female strength it came across like compulsive complaining. The over all story was really good but somehow got lost a bit in translation. This could also have been because of the actors/narrators.

Not read/listened to anything by this author before, so didn’t know what to expect.
This was an action packed, fast paced listen.
Lots of plot twists and turns, intrigue, suspense, drama and hot sex scenes.
It was very well narrated. I’ve encountered both these narrators before, and they seem to do a great job every time in bringing the story and characters to life. 👍
However, I did get a bit confused by all the characters and stuff going on to begin with, and did think I must have missed bits, so ended up going back to listen again. I hadn’t it was just like that 🤔
I also thought that it was a little unbelievable with just about every conceivable scenario thrown into one story. All that aside, it was still enjoyable and worth the listen.
I would still recommend 👍

great storyline with a great set of characters. a bit all over the place at times as it gets a bit confusing who is where and doing what but its not big issue as the main characters are clear. the female lead (Gabby) is a bit confusing as she's a strong but whiny woman lol. I love the twists and turns although some are predictable. a good listen/read.

this story has more twists and turns than a Helter skelter. it was hard to keep track of characters and who was mad at who and why. I gave up about half way through when I realised there was 5 hours left.

I loved the storyline. It was quite frustrating at times when the main characters just needed to talk for the truth to be out. But overall, there was a lot of action, drama and fun moments

Great listen, no needless narrative, the story just kept moving along. Loved all the characters, except those I wasn’t supposed to of course. The narrators were great too and sounded like the characters as I imagined them.
