Great book and timeless

I really enjoyed this book, but I could not believe how outdated and offensive some of the language was. It is supposed to have been reviewed for its 25th year anniversary, but it still uses language as 'yellow people' and says things like casual sex can lead to being infected by AIDS. Surely these should have been edited? This is why I did not give 5 stars, as it does distract from the quality of the teachings and the message the book is trying to convey. But I did like the general philosophy and especially the study guide, which does not seem to come with a pdf option attached to the audiobook.. I would still recommend it to those who have spiritual inclination towards understanding the soul connection.

Beautifully narrated by the author himself, . Very Thought triggering. I like that thus audiobook involves the listener through self reflection & enquiry at the end of each chapter and provideing a relating website link to learn about further examples associated with self reflection. This is one audiobook to replay again, and again. I am grateful that it crossed my path.

Ive listened and studied many self help, mindfulness books, but this has to be one of the best. What make it that way? The questions you are prompted to ask yourself, they bring you to a place of understanding that is deep.

I liked these audio because it’s content is completely different from anything I read before. I found it challenging at times yet it became really rewarding when I decided to take a different approach. In this case being open mind and having a willingness to learn even when it took me out of your comfort zone I kept adjusting my perceptions which turned my all experience into a great learning development. I would suggest these bom to anyone looking to get a deeper understanding of self or open to te ideia of gaining a deeper insight of life itself. I would definitely listen to these audio again and continue to apply the skills and knowledge learned to develop further in all areas of my life.
