Great book. Perfect!!!

Great book. Perfect!!! I am starting the programme now as I am really tired to be a fat vegan. Great advice and supportive materials from Chef AJ. Absolutely recommend to everyone, specially vegan who struggling with overweight. Thanks.

Fantastic Book

As a food addict and emotional eater. This book has been revolutionary. me regaining control of my mindset, how I see food and my behaviours and also my triggers Nd behaviours. thank you Chef AJ I have also started following you on Facebook and am completely devoted to finally dealing with my lifetime of being trapped by food. loved that it was narrated by yourself and you did it brilliantly. wouldn't of been the same narrated by anyone else as your passion comes through. Keep being amazing and changing lives love and Kale #thecomebackmumma and yes I really do intend to comeback for once and for all. x

This is a great listen, I recommend listening .

Chef AJ has studied this subject immensely and she lives it every day. She has put so much energy and heart into imparting her experience and knowledge. She is very genuine and caring. I find it very educational and helpful.

Surprisingly useful!

As someone with a more athletic background and mindset I wasn’t expecting to find this as great as I did. It reinforces a lot of the things I’ve already found to be true about how to succeed in spite of mainstream society. Lovely content and excellent narration from the author directly.

Eat vegetables for breakfast

The author says to follow the rules etc, or it won't work. Eat vegetables for breakfast. She says you don't have to like it, you just have to do it. So, along with with the other diet rules I thought, well, in order to give this a chance I need to do it properly. Now I'm a person who normally loves my veggies. But for breakfast when your tummy feels a bit tickly at the the thought. I just served my self a bowl of cooked broccoli. Took a few mouthfuls, chewed it, then some more and thought, yes I can do this. When I had to rush to the bathroom and vomitted up my delightful vegetable breakfast. Some of the advice she gives like clearing the environment around you of non-compliant food stuffs is good. But overall, I think this is probably the worst diet and health book i have read. I don't usually do negative reviews, but I think this book is a waste of money. I was waiting for the next chapter of how to do the diet etc, when the author signed off and said, "the end". I would not recommend this book, look, for something else that is backed up by actual research and science.

No Recipes, buy the ebook instead

Fantastic book, draws solid conclusions from many great references such as the China Stury, how not to die etc.
Unfortunately, no PDF recipes to download, so half of the ebook is missing.
Otherwise, very highly recommended.
