Sometimes we know things, yet we forget to put them into practice. For me, it was self-respect that I wasn’t applying in my own life. I’ve started to forgive others for the negative experiences I had with them, and honestly, I can say I’ve begun to feel a sense of freedom. It’s making me a happier person. Still, I know I’m only at the beginning of my journey.
