I’ve worked in and around mental health in a variety of settings all my life. This book echoed my beliefs. But the stories made me cry. I have heard many, but still the cost of ‘so called mental health’ is heartbreaking. Good listen, very moving.

I have found from a non psychiatric background a wonderful listen. Shown in many parts from a perspective of a person who has psychosis to be very illuminating.
I am a “real nurse” (medical) who has struggled to understand this issue. I think I now am better informed and therefore more sympathetic for people having psychosis too An appreciation of the stigma is also very helpful.
