it was ok
it was ok. it wasn't great and I don't feel it helped in anyway.
it reads as someone who's still in love with their ex more so than someone who's letting them go.

Some parts are difficult to swallow
If you're in a moment of healing and internal growth, the first part of the book is perfect.
Now you go onto the next few chapters say mid way onwards and all you do is basically cry your eyes out and go back to the starting healing point.
Id say, choose the chapters you want to listen to, before you do.

Great book
Loved this book, it touched on so many of the feelings/emotions you go through. It’s one I’ll go back to for years to come. A must read!

Poetically written and beautifully explained
Every possibility, aspect or an angle at the topic has been considered and analysed.

Very poetic and healing
Loved every bit of this. The writing style reads like a poem in some bits. A lot of deep thought and compassion has been put in this and you can feel this from the author. Letting go of a loved one and healing a broken heart is not easy but this really helps. Be compassionate with yourself. All in good time.
