About this listen
In the spirit of the popular Marvel comic book, this exciting new anthology has over a dozen original tales that span the career of the amazing Spider-Man. Stan Lee, Spidey's co-creator, and Kurt Busiek, the award-winning writer of the Untold Tales of Spider-Man comic book, present these new stories from his earliest days as a costumed hero and beyond.
From Will Murray's tale of Spider-Man's encounter with the astonishing Ant-Man to Michael Jan Friedman's story of the Green Goblin's attempt to learn Spidey's true identity; from Richard Lee Byer's examination of the aftermath of the death of Gwen Stacy to Adam-Troy Castro's gripping chronicle of one of Spidey's last battles with Kraven the Hunter; plus stories by Tom DeFalco, Ann Nocenti, Christopher Golden, and many more - these are spectacular new tales of Spider-adventure!

Nice anthology, with more hits than misses
If you want Spider-Man stories and don't have time to pick up comics, then this anthology is great. Being anthology, some stories are better than others, and oddly the worst one where Spider-Man and Ant-Man team is near the start. However, there are some real gems - particularly the final story. On the performance - the reader seemed to have only one New York accent, and it made distinguishing between some of the characters difficult.
