Perfect Pilates for Busy Women
This is an ideal resource for women like me who want to stay fit but don’t have much time. I love the fact that I don’t need any fancy equipment to do the exercises at home.
The routines are designed to be quick but impactful. I was most inspired by the chapter titled: “Feel the burn”. The entire book flows nicely with step-by-step instructions that make the 28-day plan enjoyable but effective. I feel that with consistency and focus I will develop my core strength and achieve a total body-and-mind transformation.
