amazing book.
amazing book. Covers everything to help with self healing and understanding. good to listen to and then listen again and work through the exercises. I think it was recorded awhile ago, could do with some sound work.

Truly Life Changing
Having suffered with anxiety for many years and tried various different things, finding Louise L Hays book is the one pivotal thing that made me start to look at things differently and turn things around.
It is amazing how much sense it really makes and even now whenever I feel that things may be a little heavy I can turn to this book and re read it and everything starts to make sense once again.
It is my little 'kickstart' and reminder that things can change and no one should need to feel there is no better way.

Interesting read
I found this book very sad for the child who then became a woman and realised her life was not the way it should have been, but she persevered she struggled, fought her way to the top and came out the other end I would recommend this book

inspirational
Love it I have the book but being dyslexic struggled to retain information. This really helped. Amazing inspirational story with actions you can take. Dis - ease causes disease. Highly recommend it

Life changing book bad audio
I so wish this recording was clearer towards the end it gets really hard to understand because it is so muffled maybe the book version would be better because it is such a life changing book I wouldn’t want anyone to miss any of the parts.
