Needed relatable content

Two female assigned at birth talking about their experience of being late diagnosed with ADHD. Both of them 39 yo chatting about how they experience and deal with different aspects of life. Funny, vulnerable and incredibly relatable.
It's been life changing to find this resource and content.

The 2 ladies are great and you can relate to all the topics they bring to us from podcast to podcast in some ways.
