    What are the Ten Days of Awe and why should Christians observe them? The Ten Days of Awe are related to the Jewish Feast of Trumpets what is called Rosh Hashanah or the 'head of the year'.

    This festival is one of seven Jewish festivals which Jesus revered as holy days. These festivals are appointed by God to be celebrated, this one on the first day of the seventh month of the Jewish calendar. You can read more about all seven festivals in Leviticus 23.

    These festivals are prophetic in nature providing a roadmap for believers to follow that leads to redemption. They can be fearful days, if we are rebellious (like America is today), or they can be joyous when a nation honors God. Each festival involves a rest from labor, offerings, worship and commerates a major event in the history of Israel. Christians are grafted into the family of God so we should recognize these festivals. We may not be required to follow the festivals in specifics but we should be aware of their significance for our lives. Sometimes even the agricultural harvest can be connected .

    It is widely understood that the first four spring festivals related to the First Coming of Jesus Christ. The last three that occur in the fall related to the Second Coming and for our purposes holds more of a prophetic futuristic fulfillment. It is more concise to consider these festivals for what they really stand for as in 'appointments'. God appointed these times for a specific purpose and when Jesus returns He will follow these times. You can think of it as, Jesus has an appointment to return to earth and establish His Kingdom. At the appointed time He will return.

    We are not to know the date or time. But we are to know the season and the fall festivals provide clues.

    During these periods of time, God asks His people to remember what He did for them in history over thousands of years. God asks this over one hundred and fifty times in the Bible. These appointments are a way for His people to remember what God has done for them and that He will do more in the future.

    These festival appointments were established by God and therefore, Christians as part of God's elect, chosen people should be aware of their significance for our lives. God has done great things and will do great things in our lives. He deserves our attention to His appointed times.

    On October 2nd, the first fall festival, The Feast of Trumpets begins at sundown. The Sounding of the Shofar signals the beginning of the Ten Days of Awe leading up to the Day of Atonement. The great theme of this festival appointment is REPENTANCE.

    For us it signifies a great importance.

    The Ten Days of Awe begin with where YOU and I stand with God.

    It ends on the Day of Atonement, where God stands on YOU and I.

    The ten days in between are our opportunity to repent, seek forgiveness and return to Him before that last day.

    Repentance and forgiveness is the over-riding theme of this period of time and we all need to repent and be forgiven. As a nation, the United States of America needs national repentance and humbly seek God's forgiveness. That is why we need to observe this holy period. We should seek forgiveness for ourselves, pray for others and seek forgiveness for our nation.

    The Ten Days of Awe are ten days of praying for repentance. A season of repentance you might think of it. And our nation needs it tremendously. For there are no political solutions to our problems, no president or senator holds the answer. Only God Almighty can save America, and it is up to God’s people, that’s you and me, to seek Him in repentance for we hold His promise of 2nd Chronicles 7:14.

  • America is the Sodom and Gomorrah of today.
    Sep 22 2024

    Send us a text

    The United States of America is the Sodom & Gomorroh of today. Our destiny is the same as those wicked cities of old. Abram tried to save as many as possible. And that is what some Christians like myself are trying to do today. Repent! Turn from wickedness America and purge the evil from within our coasts.

    The Prophet Isaiah went into great detail over several chapters, when Israel did the same thing as America is doing today. His warnings from God are just as relevant today as they were thousands of years ago when this message was written.

    Today's podcast will focus on the Word of God given to Isaiah for they are relevant to us for teaching and reproach, as the Apostle Paul describes in 2nd Timothy chapter 3 verses 16 & 17.

    The United Nations 79th Session is meeting to begin the establishment of the One World Government God warned us would come. Their so-called Summit of the Future will focus on the Pact for the Future. Where a centralized government will be empowered to rule the world under terms, they set for themselves. In the process, the dominance of the United States as the world’s leading power will be removed thanks to the void created by the Biden/Harris Administration.

    This is the current event of great importance that Christians should be paying attention to. I first thought I would focus on the evil within this Pact but then decided to focus on the real power in the world. The Word of God. So the Pact is important and you should learn about it and contact your senators and representatives in Congress letting them know you OPPOSE it.

    But here in this podcast, we will explore what we can do that holds the real power. Let’s look at the Old Testament prophet Isaiah;

    Isaiah begins with an announcement to the whole world.

    "Listen O Heavens! Pay attention, earth! This is what the Lord says; The children I raised and cared for have rebelled against me"

    God gets straight to the point in verse 1 of chapter 1. WAKE UP. If you are not waking up your brothers and sisters in Christ then what are you doing?

    America is now in full rebellion against God. We have a baby killer as president. Another baby killer is in a heated race to be the next president. Both candidates support perverted marriage. Neither is a flag bearer for Christ. Godly morals are only touted when it is politically beneficial.

    Woe to America for the sins we have allowed and openly accepted, are flooding the gates of Heaven. While Christians avoid church or when they do hide under their pews.

    Verse 4 says it all:

    "Oh, what a sinful nation they are"

    "They are evil people, corrupt children who have rejected the Lord"

    God is now despised in America. That is why God sent three solar eclipses, as bad omens, warnings to America to return to Him. After decades of turning further and further away from God's morals, America has now reached the time of judgment. Isaiah tells us we have come to the point where we despise the Holy One of Israel. That we have turned our backs on Him.

  • Have you checked the Bible for Accuracy?
    Sep 15 2024

    Send us a text

    Have you checked the Bible for accuracy?

    The Bible is the true Word of God and it is accurate cover to cover. The real question is, have you checked your life to see if you are following the Bible as directed?

    God’s Truth says;

    “Examine yourselves to see if your faith is genuine. Test yourselves.”

    2nd Corinthians 13:5

    You should be living your life for the Glory of God. All Glory to God. We All should be. This takes out any room for pride and arrogance. We must give all glory to God here in unfaithful America for if we don't we will be judged.

    America is in a very low place right now. Many do not believe the Bible is accurate let alone relevant today.

    In other news:

    Life expectancy in America is averaged at 79 with a health spending per capita of $ 13,493.

    That puts United States citizens

    Dead last in life expectancy

    but FIRST in the highest health spending.

    Of all developed countries.

    Now on to more current events;

    Presidential candidates Donald Trump and Kamala Harris met in the one and only debate scheduled.

    During the debate direct questions were ignored going without answers. Lies and hoaxes were thrown back and forth while no real solutions were presented. One candidate has a track record of accomplishments, the other has none.

    Yet, the real questions went un-answered. When Harris was asked questions about her role in the current administration, she immediately attacked Trump. Clearly, she has nothing to offer the American people worthy of being president. While I don’t always agree with Trump and I sure wish he would think before he speaks sometimes, he has proven he is a strong leader and that is a quality we need in a president.

    Good news coming from another major university:

    “Texas A & M campus revival event draws nearly 1,500 students to worship Jesus”

    Remember that Revival Revolution I have mentioned about every week and ran my senate campaign on? You don’t hear much about it in the Main Stream Media. Actually you won’t hear anything about it.

    But another major college just held a revival. Notice, how the revivals happening around the country are happening at schools and colleges?

    Churches are not holding revivals like they should be. God is working in the young people while most Christians are hiding under their couches at home or if they attend church at all, they’re hiding under their pews.

    And many churches are so controlled by demon possessed leaderships they are not worth attending!
