  • Summary

  • Stressed out by trying to find time to fit it all in? Do you wish that you could be more present with your children? Desperate for time to think about what you need but don’t ever get there? Financial pressure keeping you stuck in this cycle? I am thrilled that you are here! This is the podcast for mums who are managing it all. Overcome the overwhelm so that you can be more present at work and at home. Learn healthy habits that will boost your productivity and decrease your stress so that you can balance a job you love and a family you love even more. Hey, I’m Charlotte - a personal trainer, wellbeing coach, mum and a wife who works because I love my job. I was living the chaotic, distracted life of working a full day, while also managing the emotional and mental load of being a mum - trying to make sure that everyone’s needs were met, while forgetting about my own. I was tired of feeling the ’mom guilt’ of having a job I love knowing that it took emotional energy away from my family. I finally realised that if I was going to enjoy my work and my journey of motherhood, I needed to set boundaries and make choices that would make me feel more in control, healthier and happier so that I could be the coach and the mum I wanted to be. I created a plan that fits ME. A way of being that allows me to focus better, be present and enjoy the moment while also finding some me time in amongst the noise. And I am ready to share it with you! If you’re ready to feel less stressed, be more organized and productive at work so you can be more present at home and in the relationships that are most dear to you, then this podcast is for you! So, put away your laptop, close the bathroom door and let’s dig in!

  • 48 | 3 Things Keeping You From Work Life Balance
    Jun 25 2024

Achieving work life balance is something that I think many of us are trying to do all the time. I am interested by what causes us to be out of balance and also in what we can do to get back there.

Here are three things we can stop doing so that we are able to achieve a closer state of balance. By giving these three things up, we will find that there is more time, we are able to focus better and we find that we can get more done and be more present where we need to be.
