Multi-award-winning television writer and producer Georgia Pritchett knows a thing or two about anxiety. Things Wilf is worried about now: 4) The most evil man in the world. 5) The most evil man in the world living next door. 6) Anyone called Alan. When Alan, a self-styled evil lunatic, moves in next door with his grumpy robot sidekick and his silent right-hand dog, Kevin Phillips, Wilf knows he will have to find a way to overcome his fears.

Bei Wilf zieht ein neuer Nachbar ein. Er heißt Alan, ist ein Superschurke und tüftelt den ganzen Tag an ziemlich bösen Weltzerstörungsplänen herum. In diesen Plänen spielen Hamster, ein schwebender Panzer, Haie und ein großes Gewehr-Dingsbums eine Rolle. So verrückt Alans Pläne auch scheinen, Wilf wird klar, dass nur er allein die Welt vor diesem Superschurken retten kann. Das einzige Problem ist, dass er dazu zumindest für eine Weile seine vielen Ängste überwinden muss.
