Presuming that there are many who are just as skeptical concerning things bordering on the extraordinary as I have been practically all of my life, I offer the following story and system of practice to each listener for what it is worth, with the suggestion that he take it or leave it, just as he sees fit.

Kings are sometimes crowned into greatness, wealth, and peace. However, for Prince John, this was not the case. Decisions regarding allies come quick. Invasion is on the rise and usurping is foreshadowing. A neighboring kingdom split by sea seeks aide. If getting involved is the answer, it could cause devastation to many families. Although, there are many warriors that have seen battle living in Carraig. The kings of the past were not rulers of always peaceful times. Therefore, the citizens remain ready for anything that may come their way.

Tens of millions of Americans owe a combined $1.5 trillion in debt for student loans. Much of this staggering expense has been unnecessary. Attending college is more of a tradition - a cultural rite of passage - than a necessary step toward a successful career, thus not justifying its steep cost. The Neyhiyawak (Plains Cree) word "Kitotam" translates into English as, "He Speaks to It". This is a collection of free-verse poetry by Indigenous poet and artist John McDonald. Written in two parts, these poems chronicle John's life and experiences as an urban Indigenous youth during the 1980s. The second half of the book is a look into the inspirations and events that shaped John's career as an internationally known spoken-word artist, beat poet, monologist, and performance artist.
