This is a book of poetry as seen through the eyes of a deployed Soldier. It deals with the aspects of life that we face daily during a deployment. PTSD is a real struggle, and we all deal with its attacks on us differently. Some of us draw, some of us sing, some of us play instruments, and some of us write poetry.

It follows the adventures of Tuck and his puppy, Chief, as they embark on various escapades in their backyard. Along the way, they find treasure, rescue a lost puppy named Xena, and forge a bond that lasts a lifetime.

Asher, a curious but skeptical 16-year-old, wrestles with doubts about Christianity and the concept of the Trinity. Raised in a non-religious home, he finds the idea of one God existing in three persons to be confusing and contradictory. When an old family friend, Phillip, invites him on a spiritual pilgrimage, Asher reluctantly agrees, seeking clarity about his faith.
