The best book on anxiety
A truly exceptional book on anxiety better written, read and explained than anything I’ve read previously. Dr Harry has a gentle narration style that does a great job in connecting with you. Yes he’s Irish and there are the accent differences but it didn’t bother me one bit, actually I rather liked it. Anxiety is a serious, debilitating and wholly unpleasant experience that most people hide and try and cope with. This book explains it simply. I’m making great progress as a result and highly recommend it. A brilliant and complete book on anxiety. Dr Harry Barry (yes that’s his real name) thanks for doing this you’re a top bloke. Loved it.

Changed my life!
After suffering with panic attacks for over 10 years, I found a technique that works! Dr Harry Barry has revolutionised the way I think about my panic and anxiety. Instead of trying to distract myself or run away from my fear (aka panic,) I embrace it. Narrated by Barry himself, the audiobook is also easy listening. I would suggest listening to the whole book and then going back to the mosh relevant bits to listen again.

Tremendously Helped my Anxiety
I've suffered with anxiety and panic attacks for several years. Several occasions I went to the hospital to have my heart checked, but it turns out the route cause was my fear and anxiety. This book narrated and written by Dr Harry Barry helped me to understand my condition and how to cope with it. I haven't had a panic attack in over a year and any time I felt symptoms I am able to handle them and remain relaxed until it passes. I would recommend this book to anyone who has suffered with anxiety but also to everyone, as its comprehension can help a struggling friends/family members.
