My daughter has a super active brain at bedtime—she’s always thinking, talking, moving, everything except relaxing. I didn’t expect much, but this audiobook quickly became her favorite way to settle in at night. She actually lies down and listens, which is rare.

The stories are the right mix of fun and calming, with just enough real-life stuff that she can relate to. What’s cool is how they weave in little takeaways without being obvious about it. She’s even mentioned feeling “more in control” of her big feelings—which, let me tell you, is not something she usually says!

We still do our usual bedtime routine—brushing teeth, pajamas, all that—but now she picks a story from this to listen to as she drifts off. It’s helped create a more peaceful vibe in the evenings, and I’m all for anything that makes bedtime easier.

This book is the perfect tool to help teach children to manage their ADHD. It's filled with stories and easy strategies and covers topics such as impulsivity, focus, organizing, and breathing and much, much more. Favorite characters such as honeybees, penguins, unicorns, and butterflies bring to life the everyday challenges that children have and provide simple solutions. The book is hugely positive and makes ADHD just another way of thinking. I really enjoyed the jungle count for impulsivity. Your child will be engaged, entertained, and both of you will have solutions to how to manage the symptoms of childhood ADHD.

This audiobook brought comfort and tranquility to our nightly routine. The stories are reassuring and uplifting, with moments that actually made my child feel understood. I liked the way it framed helpful strategies without feeling overly like a lesson. There was a specific story that led to a great conversation about staying on track and what it's like to work from your strengths. It gave us language for things that we often struggle to explain. If your child is struggling with bedtime or feeling secure about who they are, this is a helpful and considerate listen.
