I have such a soft spot for Agapi, or her sister Arianna Huffington, their Greek accents are gorgeous, and their voices are so soothing.
Such warmth in Agapi's voice, and the meditation is just perfect for centering yourself.

This is probably one of the better meditations in this bunch of you are well and give it a chance. I liked the idea of meditation through gratitude, again a different approach to the others in the collection and I loved the imagery. If it hadn't focused so much on being grateful for your body I would have loved it but the script is not so good for those who want to be mentally transported somewhere else.
