Information to change your way of thinking

So many times we have heard how IQ is the measuring stick to be used to determine intelligence. However, ones emotional intelligence plays a more dynamic means of measuring ‘intelligence’ and is actually something we can see everyday. The author implies that becoming more emotionally intelligent would be beneficial to excelling in the workplace or at your job. I can totally see how understanding and then improving your EQ would be helpful and increase your chances of being successful. Great book to listen to and absorb.

I have been reviewing EQ with my teens, and the more I learn about it with them, the more we build our relationship, and our communication improves.
