Should Warn! Strong Pelvic Floor Required!!
I have never laughed so much! Mainly because I could relate to so much of this book! Does also discuss serious topics but in a forgiving way that says it's okay, it's normal! I will listen to this again. Love that Annabel and Emilie narrated it themselves as it then comes to life in the tone that they meant it.
Have recommended to my sisters and friends (all around the Midult age!).
Thank you ladies, I highly recommend this read!

Very entertaining and relatable!
This is not a book that will have useful instructions but this is a book that will make you feel like you belong. That all women go through the same things and fight the same battles regardless of our social status and personal circumstances. It's very refreshing to read a book that doesn't tell you to put a smile on your face and keep pushing while falling apart inside. However the best part is that it does that without being patronising and convincing you to compromise on any part of your life. Be strong when you need to and just be you the rest of the time. Not the cheerful or the very best version of yourself but just simply 'you'. Great read that definitely helped to put things in perspective.
