Slow burn that became more and more intriguing. Good double twist at the end.

I didn't expect that twist. A good listen and makes me want to listen to/read all of this author's novels.
However, the sound quality and production really wasn't that great, very noticeable, bordering on irritating with headphones on. It's obvious that different parts have been chopped and changed and possibly recorded with different microphones in different locations.

I found this boring, Sorry. Just not for me I guess. I skipped forward to finish it.
I really like Claire Douglas as an author though.

For me this dragged out to much. Thought I’d never get to the end…I didn’t. Gave up over half way through.

I found this book pretty good another full day listen .I especially liked the narrator I felt she took it to another level .I found the story great and the twists were not what I thought they were .well written and easy to follow possibly could have been shorter but not much .overall 5 stars .I gave 4 for the story as it didn't quite have it but not far away .

I never complain but PLEASE correct the narrator’s pronunciation of the lead characters name. UNA = OONAH, not YOONA. This is an Irish name and is so grating to hear it repeatedly mispronounced…

Really good storyline - good, believable characters with realistic flaws. She’s a great thriller writer for the female audience. Looking forward to the next one.
