Hooked from start to finish!
I’ve lost days to this audiobook series and I don’t regret a minute! Fantastic, I love this interpretation of Morgan’s story and the two narrators from the first and second installments are incredible. I can’t wait to hear some individuals get their comeuppance in the next book!

A fresh listen
An enchanting story, filled with magic and fairy power. The only big disappointment is the use of God‘s name. It spoiled a very interesting read

Le Fay Fable
These have reignited my childhood fascination with King Arthur legends and tell them in a more visceral but beautiful and intelligent way. Look forward to the next one!

Different take on the Arthur tale
Similar to Mist of Avalon, this tells the Arthurian story from a female perspective in a gripping way. The usual characters play unusual roles.

Another bit of Magic
Was so happy to find another book about Morgan but sad when it ended! Enjoyed the characters and the twists and turns though there’s a lot of heartache. A great listen.

different theory on a known tale
I listened to both books and I already know of the old tales of King Arthur and Morgana but this was so brilliantly wrote from morgans side and you end up hating Arthur and all he stood for and her tale resonates with every woman ,and also quite sad at times can't wait for more of lady Morgan.

Overall very good
Great narration by Miranda Raison who has replaced (the also great) Vanessa Kirby.
For me the romantic sections dragged, and I was frustrated that Morgan made some dubious decisions and then seemed to blame others for the consequences. She is certainly a flawed heroine, and maybe that is intentional.
Nonetheless, I enjoyed the involvement of Niniane and the overall twists of the story.
Hoping for more magic in book 3!
