This is the opening sentence of my book, The Untethered Soul. Since its publication in 2007, I’ve been inundated with questions about why that inner voice is always talking, why so much of what it says is negative and stressful, and most importantly, how you free yourself from it.
In this course, we will put to rest any questions you have about that inner dialogue. Not just about quieting it down - but about how to steadily remove the root cause of its existence.
One of the greatest lessons you will learn here is that trying to achieve happiness by "getting what you want" is actually limiting your happiness. A ‘listen’ for life
This teaching is simple but so deep. I recommend listening all the way through, and then going back and doing a session per week. Dive deep with it. Don’t give up after the first couple of chapters because that model of understanding is needed to really apply this work to your life. Keep listening and you’ll discover new insights and meaning every single time you listen. This is a ‘listen’ for life, the ultimate teaching.

Such an amazing book thank you, this has changed my mind on everything in life and how to deal with having traumatic experiences in my life. Useful if used
This is one of those rare books that is really helpful when trying to understand oneself, what one thinks, how, why … and what to do about it. That last bit is the thing that makes this books very useful indeed…
Not just an interesting read. This book does actually tell you how to be more aware with tips for what to do to be so but also what to do next.

A WTF MOMENT
A book that will take you to places you never thought about. Be prepared to come away with a new look at life. Whilst the author can sound like he’s from another planet once you grasp his teachings it will bring you to tears in how easy life can be
