Summary
Stan is in prison, convicted of a crime he swears he didn’t commit and desperate to prove his innocence. And girlfriend Billie is determined to help him. Kelly, his victim, is struggling to cope after a horrific ordeal that left her traumatised and lonely. For Billie, who has her own secrets and demons in her past, enlisting a private detective to look for vital evidence that might set Stan free is a way out of this nightmare.
Billie has complete faith in Stan, but when she hears Kelly’s version of events, cracks begin to appear and her faith wavers. Overall good
About the right level of questioning trust and the odd twist, mostly a foreseeable future being. Wound recommend especially whilst included in the plus catalogue.

Really interesting story
The story kept me interested throughout. I liked the fact the characters were not perfect but likeable. There is definitely a strong message going through reminding us about the lack of help and understanding re abused women.

Worth a listen
I enjoy Patricia Dixon's books, but I felt that this one could’ve been better.
I found it to be a little far-fetched & fairly predictable, & I didn't really like the three main characters very much.
It was still a good enough listen though & I will listen to more of her work.

Good Listen
Enjoyed this book, it was an eye opener as it was based on true events, and just goes to show what people will do to get revenge.
Good narration and characters and all the way through I was hoping it would all end up good in the end.

Excellent !
I really enjoyed this audiobook it kept me hooked right until the end! Thought provoking and terrifying! Will look for books by this author! Also really enjoyed the narration!
