An excellent guide for healthy eating!

This audiobook is great for those who want to improve their physical and mental health. It is an excellent guide to help anyone to review their eating habits to control weight gain. After listening, I feel more prepared to make good food choices and control my health.

Well put together :)

I'm grateful for this as there is a lot of misinformation out there regarding weightloss. But this has been very helpful and I'm already seeing the benefits :)

Very interesting concept to lose weight

Lots of great advice to lose weight and keep it off. I really enjoyed this audiobook and hopefully I can put most of these concepts to good use. Living in the moment and appreciating what you eat can make a lot of difference if you are like me and always looking for the next thing to eat.

Change the way you eat and transform

It sounds ridiculously simple but it's not. Everything we surround ourselves with distracts us from the present moment. Eating dinner while watching TV is one of the biggest culprits to gaining weight. Not being aware of how we eat our food trains our brains to not enjoy eating which increases our portions. Put your fork down. Do not pick it up until you finish your bite completely. Chew slowly and notice the flavours and aromas painting a picture in your mind. This book was everything I needed to become present in the moment and lose fat. The author is very talented. I can't wait to check out their other books!

Mindful eating

This audiobook helps to understand food and the -different- relationship that everyone has with it.
My fav chapter was: What matters the most - taste, function or nutrition? I found it well done and very educational.
Overall, the book gives a lot of advice and tells about techniques for getting back on the right track, both mentally and physically.
The narration is lovely as well.
It was a pleasure to listen to it. I can't recommend enough!

Awesome book

Really enjoyed listening to this book. Had some great hints and tips on weight loss that were quite novel and different from conventional thinking. Being a meditator myself I found this book very insightful and bringing in the best elements of being focused with a very pragmatic approach towards dieting. Thank you for a wonderful book

Very Unique approach to Weight Loss!

If you have failed in losing weight using any other popular diets then Mindful eating WILL CERTAINLY HELP YOU [ and that too without sacrificing your favorite foods!!!] Simply copying others blindly without understanding the science behind hunger and eating won't get you anywhere. I was unaware of the concept of Mindful Eating and how it connects to weight loss. But after going through this audiobook, I am able to see so many connections & fundamental laws that hunger and food, in general, has with our mind and bodies. The author not only gives a clear understanding of the concept itself but also helps you along to achieve it with a clear call to action that goes along with each chapter. It doesn't even stop there if you fail at being mindful about your food then Author shares which mindfulness meditations that you can accompany with your daily practice, the benefits of which go way beyond the weight loss. Overall, this book is only for serious listeners who are actually willing to ACT upon the given information.

Wealth of information here!

I really like how Clark combines mindfulness with weight loss as it's something that is maybe skipped over if you look elsewhere, but the two really go hand in hand! There was absolutely loads of great information in this audiobook articulated well also, and i'd highly recommend to anyone that thinks they might need it.

perfect approach to your relationship with food

As something, I am passionate about this book had high expectations to live up to, but it was without question successful. Anyone who feels as though they have an unhealthy relationship with food or feels as though they have been a victim of a toxic health, fitness, and dieting industry this book will give you a sustainable approach to developing a healthy relationship with food and will lead you to a happier life.
