Talk about relaxing!!!
The first thing I have to say about this book is "ahhhhhh, so relaxing"! Honestly, the narrator's voice and the soft, non-obtrusive music is quite soothing. You get an introduction to lucid dreaming and then guided meditations to help guide your dreams. Great to listen to before bed. I'll definitely be coming back to this one. Well done book!

This is a lovely listen!
The tone of the narration alone will put you into a state of relaxation. The information given will explain how to enter a state of self-hypnosis. Within that state, you are free to explore anything you wish while keeping touch with reality.
There is no limit to what your imagination can do while in this state. You will awake refreshed and rejuvenated for your day ahead.
I highly recommend this book for anyone who has ever wondered about this intriguing state of mind.

Meditation Is Key
This book was definitely not what I would consider my traditional read, and I think for me personally that is why I feel it will excel and stick out amongst its peers. It's to able provide a specific insight that will have the listener continuously captured with their thoughts and what I like to call "light bulb moments" The true beauty of this book lies in its length, for barely over an hour of your time you find yourself feel invigorated and refreshed which I feel you just can't beat in today's world!

This is an essential piece of literature. The "Self Hypnosis Meditation for Lucid Dream Mastery" is a one-hour meditation that may assist lead you through ways for unlocking the potential of lucid dreaming and manifestation via the use of awareness and reality checking. The meditation is called "Self Hypnosis Meditation for Lucid Dream Mastery." You may use it as a daily practise to learn how to calm the mind and body, decrease tension and anxiety, and increase your self-awareness. I just did it once, but now I'm feeling fantastic. I feel that the more practise I have, the more advantages I can gain throughout the practise, including enjoying a stronger sense of control over life, sleeping more peacefully, and overall enhanced health and well-being. The more practise I have, the more benefits I can obtain during the practise.
