Rise and Shine with "The 5 AM Club"

I've never considered myself a morning person, so the idea of joining "The 5 AM Club" was initially a tough sell. However, this audiobook makes a compelling case for resetting your alarm clock. The narrator’s engaging style and the straightforward tips make the concept of waking up early less daunting and more achievable.

The audiobook is packed with practical advice, from setting up a morning routine that energizes you, to tips on how to actually enjoy getting out of bed at what seems like an ungodly hour. The "Morning Energizer Routine" was a game changer for me, helping me not only wake up earlier but also feel more alert and ready to tackle the day.

What I appreciate most is the focus on how quiet early mornings can boost productivity. Without the usual distractions, it really is easier to focus and get things done. Plus, starting the day with a sense of accomplishment sets a positive tone for the hours ahead.

Hmmm…rushed much

Wow what a waste of a credit.

5am Club , massive title , a bit too similar to another more meaningful book.

Lots of great tips such as set your alarm and drink water. Mind blowing.

Book length: 32mins ! Value for money (1/5), information of value (1/5), inspiration for becoming a audible author (5/5)

The 5/5 for performance is given on the basis of being able to read and speak.

Short. Gameshow like.

The content wasn't anything new. The narrator (while pleasant) talks like an over enthusiastic game show host which devalued the content.

Most surprising was how short the book is. I'd recommend The Miracle Morning over this to anyone that wants to improve their morning routine.
