Carnivorous diet!

I bought this book to get more information about such type of diet. The author walked me through every aspect of beginning this diet, from the history of the food that makes up the carnivorous diet to the pros and cons of the diet. I liked some of the recipes from the book.

Highly recommended.

This is a great book to listen to Ripped and Lose Fat Quick. Very informative and practical. Highly recommended. Helped me improve my lifestyle

This book teaches how to diet and be healthy as part of an everyday routine. It is a book on how to diet without promising all the fast fixes, that eventually set you up for failure. Mike Sheridan, has become one of my favorite authors because he is very informative, and writes his weight loss books in a way that you feel empowered and excited about reaching your goals.
