Aging gracefully without the facelift
At 63, I’m not trying to become a yoga master. I just want to stay upright after I bend down to tie my shoes. This audiobook made it possible from the comfort of my own chair and mat! The chair yoga is gentle but effective without some crazy poses, and the balance exercises worked really well for me. After a few days, I feel steadier already. The fall prevention tips are amazing. Who knew my rug was plotting against me? The PDF is included, so it makes it easier to follow along. If you want to stay strong, flexible, and on your feet, and don't have time to go the gym or money to hire a personal trainer, this guide is for you, too!

A great collection of exercises!
This audiobook was a great way for me to learn about 2 exercise options to strength areas of focus as I age. I appreciated how the exercises were short, just 10 minutes so I can easily incorporate them into my busy schedule. Because this is a 2 in 1 collection, I like that there's variety so I don't have to do the same type of exercise everyday. The descriptive narrative and the accompanying PDF were both helpful as well.
